melakukan algoritme, dan berkomunikasi dengan pengontrol terpisah yang berisi

prosesor utama. Paket I/O memiliki papan prosesor lokal yang menjalankan operasi QNX

sistem dan papan akuisisi data yang unik untuk jenis perangkat input. Lokal

prosesor menjalankan algoritme pada kecepatan yang lebih cepat daripada sistem kontrol keseluruhan.

menyediakan pemantauan terus menerus dari

lingkungan di terpencil

lokasi.

Transceiver inframerah berguna untuk diagnostik tingkat rendah. Nilai I/O dapat berupa

dipantau, nama host/fungsi paket I/O dapat diprogram, dan status kesalahan dapat

diperiksa. Ini memerlukan alat diagnostik berbasis Windows® di laptop atau

komputer genggam.
